KEEGGI CANCELLATION POLICY

KEEGGI and the Merchants (as applicable) strive to accommodate your special instructions for an order. However, in cases where fulfilling such instructions is not feasible, practical, or commercially reasonable, KEEGGI and/or the Merchants reserve the right to proceed with the preparation of the order following standard operating procedures. KEEGGI and the Merchants shall not be responsible for replacing or refunding an order that does not comply with the special instructions provided by you.

Your order history will display only successful orders. In the event of a failed online payment, the order amount will be refunded to your KEEGGI wallet as KEEGGI credits unless a refund is explicitly requested. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days.
