KEEGGI and the Merchants (as applicable) strive to accommodate your special instructions for an order. However, in situations where fulfilling such instructions is not feasible, practical, or commercially reasonable, KEEGGI and/or the Merchants reserve the right to prepare the order following standard operating procedures. KEEGGI and the Merchants will not be liable to replace or refund an order that does not align with the special instructions provided by you. Your order history will display only your successful orders.

In the event of a failed online payment, the order amount will be refunded to your KEEGGI wallet as KEEGGI credits within 7-14 days.
